Position Summary: The Branch Manager is primarily responsible for supervision of day-to-day operations, developing and leading a team, growing and maintaining client relations, establishing goals, implementing policies/procedures in compliance with federal and state requirements, and overseeing branch P&L. This includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams to generate new business, along with recruitment and placement of talent pipelines.
