Trimlight Chicago & Revive Your Lawn have created an amazing sales position that's outdoors and out of office. For the Revive Your Lawn side of the business we service property drainage issues. Our production has the capabilities to fix property water pooling, water saturation issues, and a number of other water management solutions. There is no shortage of warm leads and the need is great, and growing at a rapid pace. Once trained, your expertise alone will drive sales because the competition is virtually non existent. 2nd part of our company is Trimlight Chicago. Trimlight is a patented and comes with a 40 year warranty. This product can display over 16 million colors, is fully programmable, hidden & permanent. We lead the permanent holiday lighting industry. Chicagoland is responding to our advertisements at unsurpassed growth and our closing rate is climbing the more our customer base understands the product. The Sales Associate will work hand in hand with our clients through the entire design and installation process of all the projects you sell. Our ideal candidate will be flexible, have a positive attitude and have a passion the great outdoors. This is a full-time opportunity. We offer extremely competitive pay - we offer up to 5 pre-qualified leads a day, have an average ticket sale of 6900 and will make between 8-14% commission. Our season will be full swing for 44 weeks and have a 8 week slow down period Jan and February. What you will do as a Sales Liaison: * Attend sales appointments brought to us by our extensive marketing - NO cold calling! * Give sales presentation with proposal * Close deals and negotiate where needed.
