Role and Responsibilities: As a Sales Agent with Eric Bielinski State Farm, you will be the driving force behind our agency's growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include: * Sales and Relationship Building: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options that meet their specific requirements. * Lead Generation: Actively seeking out new leads and business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement. * Customer Care: Providing exceptional service to our existing clients by addressing their inquiries, conducting policy reviews, and offering additional coverage as needed. * Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to State Farm's diverse range of insurance and financial products. * Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets.
