Summary We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Winsupply of East Tennessee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and support while ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Responsibilities * Assist customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is organized and accessible. * Utilize CMMS to track inventory and manage orders effectively. * Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products. * Support marketing efforts by promoting new products and services to customers. * Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Requirements * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus but not required. * Basic knowledge of automotive service is preferred. * Proficiency in retail math and general mathematics is essential. * Experience in inventory control practices is highly desirable.
