Roofing Salesperson Leesburg, FL Training pay, then commission only We are seeking highly motivated sales people to join our roofing family. Continued training with advancement opportunities available. * Responsibilities:* 1. Represent the company with pride and professionalism. 2. You must be able to climb a roof to physically inspect and assess any damage to the roof. 3. Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs. 4. Write and review contracts. 5. Input all aspects of the sales process into the company CRM program. 6. Effectively communicate with customers, management, office staff and field personnel regarding all aspects of the sales process. 7. Create your own schedule to optimize your success. * Qualifications:* 1. At least 2 years of sales experience required. Roofing experience is a plus but not required. 2. Must be able to physically climb a ladder and walk a roof. 3. Must have basic technological skills to operate an iPad 4. Must be eligible to become a notary 5. Work flexible hours to meet with homeowners 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Must be well organized to keep track of daily appointments and leads in order to be punctual to all appointments. 8.
