Our tools empower marketers and businesses to optimize phone interactions and gain deep insights into customer behavior. Position Overview: We're seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record in telecommunications, SaaS, or call analytics. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. Responsibilities: * Prospect and close new B2B customers for Dial800 and Kall8 solutions * Identify and qualify leads through networking, outbound calls/emails, and marketing-generated inquiries * Conduct product demos tailored to client needs (e.g., call tracking, routing, IVR, reporting dashboards) * Develop consultative relationships with clients to understand their communication and analytics goals * Manage sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track progress * Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention * Stay informed on telecom trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings Qualifications: * 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in telecom, Toll-Free, Media Tracking, VoIP, SaaS, or call tracking solutions * Strong understanding of toll-free numbers, call routing, IVR, and call analytics platforms * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs * Experience with Dial800, Kall8, or similar competitors (e.g., RingCentral, CallRail, Grasshopper) is a strong plus What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits * Flexible work environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities * The chance to work with a recognized leader in voice technology and call performance analytics Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible spending account * Health savings account * Life insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
