Your Purpose as a Service Appointment Coordinator: * Responsible for receiving and making calls on behalf of the dealership, determining the nature of their business, and setting appointments regarding the issue. * Answer basic inquiries, route incoming calls, and provide basic information to all callers for the Service Department. * Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit. * Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to the Service professional. * Maintains a professional appearance, including following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts) and a neat work area. * Other duties as assigned by Management. Your Well-Being: * Competitive Pay: $17-18/hour * Flexible Work Schedule: full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM.
