DEPARTMENT Sales & Marketing OFFICE Chicago, IL POST DATE 08/22/2016 SUMMARY Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports. * Coordinate with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process. * Develop presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers. * Some telemarketing duties; light cold calling. * Provide sales support by quoting customers on services. * Must have basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures in order to generate accurate reports. * Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. * Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. * Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. * Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. * Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors. * Responsible for entering information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active Konvoy DB.
