Are you energetic, detailed, and a real go-getter! Sales Team Coordinator is a fast-paced position that allows you to get to know our customers and set up our sales team for success. This position is responsible for calling and scheduling potential estimates in a timely manner. The hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30. However, a 1/2-day saturday is mandatory. Call customers in a timely manner. Book appointments and get answers to the necessary questions. Encourage the Sales Team Complete all necessary paperwork and process payments. Key Sub Tasks * Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals. * Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. * Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. * Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. * Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word. * Process Payments * Scan documents Desired Skills and Experience If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.
