Branch Manager - Glass Doctor of Memphis Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 annually plus bonus structure. Key Responsibilities * Daily Schedule Management: Oversee service appointments and optimize scheduling for efficiency. * Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor the technical team to ensure top performance. * Material & Vehicle Management: Coordinate material orders and maintain company vehicle readiness. * Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, monitor revenue targets, and report progress. * Training & Development: Provide coaching and skill development for technicians. * Operational Support: Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
