We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Compensation: $20 per hour + Commission Responsibilities: * Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text to qualify potential clients. * Manage and track leads in the CRM system to nurture relationships and convert prospects into appointments. * Provide exceptional customer service , addressing inquiries and building rapport with potential buyers and sellers. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine lead conversion efforts. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals. Qualifications: * Must have a South Carolina Real Estate License. * A self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. * Familiarity with using a CRM system (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce).
