Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for door to door sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for setting appointments, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to negotiate effectively will be crucial in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Confidence to speak with strangers ( potential clients) at their door. * Ability to memorize materials but also shape these to suite your personality. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. * Utilize direct sales techniques to effectively promote products and service. * Skill to properly use our custom app for intake and document signing * Knowledge with discord for company communication. Qualifications * Proven experience in account management, technology sales, or retail sales is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated success in direct sales, including cold calling and upselling techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to open deals effectively. * Familiarity with sales management principles and practices is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
