PART TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Boston, MA (Newbury St) JOB TITLE: Part Time Retail Sales Associate (On Site) EMPLOYER: Topo Designs, Boston, MA (Newbury st) REPORTS TO: Store manager PART-TIME (10-30 hours/ week) PAY RANGE: $18-$20/hr Topo Designs, LLC makes classic outdoor gear inspired by who we are and where we live. Experience/ Education Requirements: 1-3 years experience in retail sales Responsibilities: * Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products * Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships * Assist with local and in-store events * Drive sales to meet goals and targets * Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect * Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures * Implement merchandising strategies and directives * Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand * Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom * Uphold a high level of asset protection * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends * Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools Qualifications/ Skills: Strong verbal and written communications skills Must be an excellent problem solver with strong project management skills Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: * Frequently required to stand * Frequently required to walk * Frequently required to sit * Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity * Continually required to talk or hear Topo Designs offers a product allowance to all part time employees.
