Position Overview: We're looking for ambitious, coachable, and self-motivated Insurance Brokers to join our team. Whether you're experienced in the financial industry or new to sales - if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals - you'll win here. What You 'll Do: * Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone or Zoom * Customize plans based on health, needs and budget * Use provided tools (CRM, quoting and underwriting software, etc.) to guide the customer journey * Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly * Work fresh leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired * Collaborate with our support team to ensure same day client approvals Compensation & Perks: * Remote or in office opportunities. * Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) * Uncapped commissions - top closers make $8,000-$10,000/week * Bonuses for volume, referrals, and team-building * Daily training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities * Sales tools and high-converting digital presentations provided * Option to generate your own leads for higher commission payouts What We 're Looking For: * Proven sales ability (Insurance, solar, real estate, door-to-door sales, or call center experience a plus) * Excellent communication and listening skills * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively * Tech-savvy - you're comfortable with Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools * A winning mindset and willingness to learn Bonus Points If You Have: * Insurance sales experience (Life or Health) * Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred but not required) * Team building experience
