The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while providing exceptional service and guidance in selecting insurance products that meet their needs. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, negotiate terms, and market various insurance options to potential clients. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. * Communicate with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and answer any questions they may have. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and attending community events to promote services. * Administer benefits programs for clients, ensuring they understand their options and coverage. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details through effective sales administration practices. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance that may affect clients. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interactions. * Proven sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients effectively. * Knowledge of benefits administration processes to assist clients in understanding their options. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
