HOURLY PAY PLUS COMMISSION! Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day retail operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness - Train, coach, and mentor retail staff to deliver excellent customer service - Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in retail management with a focus on organizational skills - Ability to set pricing strategies and negotiate with suppliers - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in employee orientation, training, and development - Strong ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment - Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous - Proficient in conducting interviews and hiring processes - Excellent administrative skills for managing store operations efficiently This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced retail environment.
