Elliott's Boots is hiring for a full-time Sales Associate in the new Maryville location! The successful candidate will: - Be a fast learner!!! - Have at least one year sales experience and possess a high-school diploma or equivalent - Be experienced with computers, including the Microsoft Office suite - Have a genuine desire to deliver the best customer service possible - Be self-motivated - Be detail-oriented - Be able to quickly learn CounterPoint POS - Be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Be able to lift up to 40 pounds - Be able to pass a drug screening - Have a winning attitude and a big personality! Duties include but are not limited to: - Retail sales with amazing customer service skills - Opening and closing procedures, including cash management - Stocking and merchandising fixtures - Performing inventories - Receiving of stock - Shipping - Processing returns - General housekeeping We at Elliott's Boots expect a lot of our associates and compensate accordingly. Starting wage for the position is $13.00 per hour + commission. You can expect to make between $34,000 and $42,000 per year or more if you're awesome at your job!
