Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our technology products. You will play a crucial part in driving business development and expanding our customer base while utilizing your skills in software sales and effective communication. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships. * Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings. * Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
