We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and are seeking a skilled Bus Detailer to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. Job Summary We are looking for a hard-working, upbeat, and detail-oriented Bus Detailer to enhance the appearance and functionality of our buses. As a key member of our team, you will perform thorough cleaning, cosmetic repairs, and light fabrication to ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards. Responsibilities * Wash, polish, and detail bus exteriors and interiors to achieve a showroom-quality finish. * Perform cosmetic repairs, including paint touch-ups, dent removal, and surface restoration. * Conduct light fabrication tasks, such as modifying or repairing interior panels, trim, or fixtures. * Inspect vehicles for defects and ensure all work meets quality standards. * Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage detailing tools and supplies. * Collaborate with the team to prepare buses for sale or delivery. Skills Required * Detailing experience (automotive, bus, or heavy vehicle experience is a plus) * Cosmetic repair skills (paint touch-up, dent repair, surface restoration) * Light fabrication (working with metal, plastic, or composite materials) * Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards * Basic tool set for detailing and repair tasks * Valid driver's license; CDL with Class B and Passenger Endorsement is a plus What We Offer * Competitive Pay : $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience * Great Hours : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm * Benefits : Health insurance, paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, performance bonuses * Work Environment : Positive, team-oriented atmosphere that rewards hard work * Expected Hours : 40 - 45 per week * Pay Frequency : Bi-weekly or twice monthly Qualifications * Hard-working, reliable, and organized with a positive attitude * Desire to be an integral part of a collaborative team * Bus detailing or repair experience is a plus, but not required * Able to perform work that can be physically demanding, both indoors and outdoors.
