We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join us and our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in outside sales who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, high-performing team. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellent customer service, enjoys following up with leads, and has the technical knowledge to provide accurate roof estimates and build long-term client relationships! At C &R Roofing, our industry-leading commission structure enables our sales leaders to make multiple six figures per year! Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform canvassing and manage your own inspections, creating detailed reports for customers. * Work with the team to close deals after consultations are complete. * Speak with insurance adjusters to collaborate on project financing options. * Must be comfortable climbing ladders to perform inspections and assess roofing needs.
