Helios Service Partners is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing and top-performing vendor management team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calls, seeking out potential HVAC contractor prospects, and qualifying leads to grow our National vendor base in service our commercial clientele. WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU: * Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls, emails, and social media sourcing to potential vendors, introducing Helios Service Partners and our service opportunities. * Identify and qualify vendor prospects, gathering essential information and assessing their needs. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in a shared drive. * Collaborate with the vendor management team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and qualification. * Continuously enhance your knowledge of our services and processes to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential vendors to ultimately assist in training them and onboarding them as a contracted vendor. * Achieve and exceed individual and team targets. WHAT SETS YOU APART: * Previous experience in a sales or cold calling role is preferred, but not mandatory. We welcome candidates who are passionate, motivated, and eager to learn. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to articulate our basic program information and build rapport with potential vendors. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with prospects. * Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed and grow within the organization. Helios' compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000 up to $60,000 annually.__ Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
