Join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina as a skilled Real Estate Sales Agent. The perfect candidate will have a valid or in-progress North Carolina real estate license. You will work in a reliable system with a dedicated closing team. Our efficient closing procedures allow you to focus on increasing transactions. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly Responsibilities: * Implement lead generation strategies effectively. * Conduct monthly open houses to attract potential buyers. * Skillfully convert prospects and lead generation activities into appointments. * Engage in regular script practice following team standards. * Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines. * Dedicate time to 1:1 coaching sessions and training for professional growth. * Provide consultations to sellers and buyers to secure listings. * Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies for property sales. * Consult with buyers and secure signed buyer agreements. * Expertly negotiate offers on behalf of clients. * Attend and promote various client events. * Maintain and update tasks diligently in the CRM system.
