We're looking for a high-energy, service-driven Inside Sales Representative who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and driving results through outbound calls, accurate estimating, and excellent communication. What You 'll Do * Build lasting customer relationships through outbound calling and follow-ups * Proactively prospect new clients and re-engage dormant accounts * Prepare accurate project estimates, quotes, and product recommendations Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure customer satisfaction * Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find what they really want--even if they're not sure how to ask for it * Maintain organized sales records and CRM notes to track pipeline and performance What You Bring * High energy and a positive, can-do attitude * 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or estimating experience (preferred) * Comfortable making outbound calls and handling multiple conversations at once * Strong attention to detail and follow-through * A problem-solver mindset--curious, helpful, and resourceful * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written What We Offer * Base salary + performance-based commission * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and career growth opportunities * A supportive team culture that values authenticity and hustle Are You Ready to Help People Get What They're Really Looking For?
