We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at Windy Ridge, a 120 unit apartment community in Austin, TX. Position Summary: As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property. Responsibilities: * Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals * Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service * Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel * Establish positive relationships within the community * Be on-call as scheduled by management Qualifications: * 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred * Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred * Yardi software experience preferred * Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed About Us : Dominium is one of the leading affordable housing development and property management companies nationwide.
