T-Link is a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer looking for Sales Professionals to join a high paced organization. Responsibilities: * Learn metro by T-Mobile sales process * Meet key sales targets and KPI's * Be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm. * Approach customer situations with recommendations to sell latest Devices, Promos. * Clean, Sanitize Store during downtime * Market, Solicit, and participate in community events. * Follow procedures to ensure operational efficiency. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others. Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age. * High School Diploma or GED required. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. * Bilingual in Spanish Preferred * Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Must have reliable transportation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Good at math and cash handling. * Background check required. * Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling) Schedule: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Bonus/Commission pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 10 hour shift Work Location: In person
