Experienced Leasing Consultant Join the Apartner Team, let us help you find your next Leasing Consultant opportunity! Experience in the apartment industry is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview! Job Responsibilities: * Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.). * Inspect models and available "market ready", communicate related service needs to Property Manager. * Fair Housing knowledge a must. * Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move-in on an agreed date. * Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. * Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team. * Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
