Responsible for administrative duties related to retail, shopping center operations, management, leasing, marketing and promotions to including communication with tenants, vendors, external contacts and internal departments. Foster positive tenant relationships and communication for 200+ tenant partners. Providing support/coordination for events, marketing and promotions for tenants. Position will be based at the Waikiki Beach Walk Management office and will require occasional visits to the corporate office and hotel/retail properties. Minimum Requirements 3 years of prior experience within retail leasing, admin or event coordination. Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. Must have a working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Drivers License is required. Come Work Here! Compensation& Benefits: $61,000-67,100, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant's skills, experience and/or education.
