Requirements: Basic PC Skills, must be able to lift up to 70 Ibs., Helpful - forklift experience & mechanically inclined. (i.e. operate, cordless impacts, hand tools, wrenches, sockets and screwdrivers) Knowledge/Experience: applicant needs either field or sales experience/knowledge in any number of the following: Construction, Automotive, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Manufacturing, Production, Agriculture or any other like fields. Applicant must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16th" (reading of calibers helpful) Applicant must have basic understanding hardware technology. 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13 threads sizes, bolt hole centers, specific specs. Responsibilities: This is a small business environment; you must be able to learn several areas of operations and flow seamlessly to always prioritize customer service first. Warehouse: Shipping and receiving of goods, Picking of products for inside/outside customers and sales staff. Assist customers with loading and unloading. Assembly: Many products are brought in bulk, usually 4-8 parts will need to be assembled to create finish product for completion of sale. Counter Sales: This position will require counter sales duties such as, answering in-coming calls, customer service for walk in customers.
