Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our fast-growing app development company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets * Identify new business opportunities and lead generation efforts * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns * Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners * Manage and motivate a team aninternal and external team to meet or exceed sales quotas * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies * Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention * Meet with prospective customers and sell technical app development solutions Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry * 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Self-motivated and results-oriented * Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools * AWS experience or certification a significant plus * Must be able to commute several times per week to our Lehi, UT office We offer a competitive salary package, including performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
