Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Utilize direct sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. * Participate in inside sales activities, including follow-ups and lead generation. Skills * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Proven experience in direct sales, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Knowledge of sales management principles and practices. * Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with customers. * Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. * Experience in business development, identifying new market opportunities. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Proficient in inside sales techniques, including lead nurturing and conversion strategies. * Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
