Job description About ManageGO - [please apply online] Headquartered in the Bushwick area of Brooklyn, NY, ManageGo is an innovator in Real Estate Management Software & Property Technology or 'Proptech'. We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to further our success within the growing PropTech space. This is a Full-Time, in office position. This role is designed to prepare you for working in a team environment while gaining experience in various aspects of SaaS Sales. This person will work closely with senior sales staff, receive hands-on training and mentoring to sharpen prospecting & communication skills, learn our industry to conduct market research, and identify qualified leads. Ideal candidates for this role are confident, ambitious and seeking to showcase their potential while adding value to the company. This position is a great starting point for a promising career in sales for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies. Position: In office only ( Bushwick Neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York) * Full Time - Base Salary from $50,000 - $65,000 Based on Experience + Commission Paid Quarterly. * Generous benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision and matched 401(k) Plans. Responsibilities: * Supporting the Business Development team in ongoing activities including scheduling demo's, meetings and generating outbound leads. * Learning B2B prospecting methodologies and connecting with prospects to build a qualified pipeline for our Business Development team. * Identify decision makers and current technologies utilized by Property Management Companies. * Generate interest through networking, outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns + attending tech conferences. * Conduct qualifying/discovery calls and speak knowledgeably with decision makers. * In due time, conduct your own demo's for outbound/inbound and closing on new accounts. * Contribute to overall team success - work hard, play hard, create your own success and have fun! About You: * Prior work experience in an office environment is preferred. Any outbound sales experience is a plus!!! * Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail and a drive to succeed. * A "People person" with sales ability that shows exceptional effort. Self-motivation coupled with customer speaking skills is a winning combination. * Working as an individual while being a great contributor to team culture and camaraderie. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a willingness to be coached. * Ability to step out of your comfort zone to overcome obstacles and achieve results. * Tech savvy and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite. Extra Awesome if you have: * Prior SaaS sales experience. * Linkedin Profile * Experience with Real Estate Software such as Yardi, Realpage, Appfolio, RentManager. * Experience using systems similar to Sales CRM, Outreach systems, B2B Lead Database systems.
