([please apply online] Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the real estate market. Your primary goal is to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team, contributing significantly to the achievement of our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather intelligence on industry trends. * Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach. * Qualify leads based on their potential for sales opportunities. * Schedule and conduct initial meetings or calls with potential clients to assess their needs and introduce our services. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. * Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads. * Meet and exceed individual and team targets in terms of lead generation and qualification. * Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. * A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
