Eastern Lift Truck Sales Coordinator - Warehouse Products Group Maple Shade, NJ Currently, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Warehouse Products Group division, based out of our Maple Shade, NJ location. Main Duties: * Assist other Allied personnel with general administrative tasks filing, email correspondence, answering phones * High volume of processing orders and data entry * Offers inside support for sales representatives, installers, & other office personnel * Inventory control duties * Will be responsible for placing customer orders * Will assist in answering incoming phone call(s) ; customers and other office personnel * Invoicing customers / Invoicing Vendors * Tracking shipments for each order * Communication with sales, accounting, customer inquiries and other coordinators * Helping to collect on past due vendor invoices and customer invoices Requirements: * Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment * Must be a team player * Attention to detail and thorough follow ups are a must * Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel * Quick learner and capable decision maker * Exceptional follow-up a must * Stable work history * Positive Attitude! * Must possess excellent organizational skills * Experience meeting deadlines Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription plan. 401k with partial company match, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, short- & long-term disability, and basic/supplemental life insurance policies.
