Job description Heritage Properties, Inc. is looking for an outgoing floating leasing specialist for our Oxford properties! The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants while creating dynamic rapport with each prospect. * 30% Rental discount available after 90 days * Paid time off * Generous holiday time off * Benefits and 401K * Closed Sundays * Fantastic company culture * Incredible growth potential Skills * Proven track record of successful sales * Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills * Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques * Customer-focused approach Requirements for Leasing Consultant: * Seasonal position with regularly scheduled weekend hours. * Must be available for the summer months full time. * Must be organized and detail-oriented, possess strong marketing and sales skills, effective communication skills, and experience with a telephone sales presentation. * Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills. * Computer skills required * Knowledge of Yardi and CRM software is a plus. * Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.
