Full description of the position

Business Development- Yard Spotters role will be to sell, lease and rent new and used yard spotters. The candidate will work closely with the Tico sales manager, and other dealership personnel to drive the overall success of yard spotter sales, rental, leases, parts sales and service. The organization will work to this person to develop into the subject matter expert on yard spotters and will seek collaboration when it comes to support services and parts initiatives. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Develop customer relationships Develop and execute customer presentations Collaborate with fellow employees and suppliers Secure customer commitments Train customer on yard spotter product Utilize company CRM to capture customer information and plan for future contact Assist with the planning of stock orders in both quantities and timing Provide input for all yard spotter marketing video for all new & used yard spotters Perform lease, rental and sales documentation functions Assist with rental document functions as needed Complete assigned training in specified timeframes Educate other team members on yard spotter products as needed Meet goals assigned by Midwest Peterbilt Group Own the delivery process and customer first experience with both product and the dealership Attend all MPG, yard spotter OEM, and third party training classes as assigned Study yard spotter specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application Follow up on all details pertaining to orders and transaction paperwork Understand and comply with industry regulations Attend sales meetings Schedule and follow up on pre-deliveries Schedule and coordinate all aspects of spotter delivery to end user Check in and thoroughly inspect incoming new and used equipment Attend industry events as agreed with manager Maintain professional appearance Other tasks as assigned The Midwest Peterbilt Group is an equal opportunity employer.
