Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate with hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing expert advice, processing orders accurately, and ensuring a positive and efficient sales experience. Your technical understanding will be crucial in helping customers identify the right parts and solutions for their needs. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, providing exceptional customer service. * Utilize your refrigeration and air conditioning experience to understand customer needs, answer technical questions, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. * Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and returns using our point-of-sale system. * Maintain a strong understanding of our product inventory, pricing, and promotions. * Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. * Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate personnel. * Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and products in the HVACR field. * Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. * Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer support.
