We are seeking a Director of Event Sales for our upscale restaurant group with a portfolio of uniquely styled venues across NYC. * Director of Event Sales Benefits: * 5-day work week * Generous commission structure * Great Health Benefits * 2 weeks of paid vacation per year * Bonus Director of Event Sales Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum 5-7 years of event sales experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of the NYC events and hospitality landscape and client network. * Proven success in driving sales and managing high-volume event operations. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Develop and execute a comprehensive event sales strategy across multiple venues. * Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and high-end clientele. * Manage all stages of the sales cycle, from inquiry to post-event follow-up. * Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to tailor experiences to client needs. * Ensure all events are flawlessly executed and aligned with brand standards.
