Job Summary: As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at PTM Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to promote solar energy solutions. You will engage directly with customers, and educate them about the benefits of solar energy. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential customers. * Provide comprehensive information on solar energy solutions, including product benefits, savings, and financing options. * Build rapport with customers, address their questions and concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their needs. * Guide customers through the sales process, including contract signing, scheduling installations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition. * Adhere to company policies and local regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions. Qualifications: * Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in solar energy sales is a plus. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly. * Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets. * Comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods and adapting sales strategies to different customer needs. * Basic understanding of solar energy systems and technology is desirable; willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments. * Ability to manage time effectively, handle rejection gracefully, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
