Position Overview: Hangar 7 Aviation is seeking a Charter Sales Executive to drive new business and grow our private jet charter sales. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated salesperson with a proven track record in high-end services, luxury travel, or private aviation sales. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and travel agencies. * Sell private jet charter services by presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. * Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. * Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. * Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to flight execution. * Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless trip delivery. * Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. * Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management. Qualifications * Proven experience in charter sales, luxury travel, or high-end service industries. * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools. * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with FAA regulations and private aviation operations is a plus. * Proficiency in MacOS is preferred. * High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
