We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Southern California. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and proactively seeking out new business opportunities. If you're a self- starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building connections, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: * Contact existing customers to assess their tire and service needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Identify and call on new and potential customers to expand our market presence and generate sales growth. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet sales targets. * Provide expert recommendations on tire products and services tailored to customer needs. * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales experience (required). * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel within Southern California required). * Knowledge of the tire or automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
