Leasing Agent Position *This position requires working on Saturdays, off Sunday and 1 weekday. Why you should apply for this opportunity? The owners have been involved in real estate for over 20 years. We have a strong business background and have chosen to focus our efforts on the "B-C" class multifamily industry. We have managed and owned 35 different multifamily deals. We also manage everything we own. We do not perform any 3rd party (fee managed) management services. We have a strong background in finance, operations and strategy. The Dallas owner has a B.S in Engineering from Texas A&M and an M.B.A from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania. What is the job? Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement a marketing plan for the property. Actively spearhead all outside marketing efforts (i.e. passing out flyers, visiting local businesses, etc.) Show apartments to prospective residents and handle follow up inquiries. Appropriately log all traffic and sources and maintain all necessary tenant records in a professional manner. Assist in qualifying process of prospective residents. Handle move-in packages as needed. Perform necessary office functions such as filing, phone answering, typing, and general clerical activities. What are the benefits?
