Responsibilities: - Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization - Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs and maintenance requests - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and renovations - Maintain contracts and lease agreements with tenants - Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving - Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to tenants - Handle phone calls and inquiries from tenants, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service - Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and property maintenance tasks - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail in administrative tasks and record keeping - Knowledge of property management principles and practices - Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Proficiency in using computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS systems This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks while also overseeing property maintenance and tenant relationships.
