Syndicated Lending Loan Servicing Account Manager (131 South Dearborn Street, #1, Chicago, IL 60603/Onsite) 6 months of contract if candidate performs well, may go FTE. Skills: Qualifications Required: * 3-5 years of Loan/Lending Operations experience * Extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting syndicated credit agreements (pre/post-close) * Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills * Strong analytical thinker who can identify connections between various pieces of data and systems and quickly articulate client impact * Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize competing demands * Ability to manage and autonomously resolve complex problems * Strong organizational skills with the ability to function efficiently in a high volume, past-paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining service level agreements * Highly motivated self-starter * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong Excel skills Summary As a Syndicated Lending Loan Servicing Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the loan servicing process, ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
