Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth in insurance sales. * Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products based on their requirements. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy issuance, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide accurate information to clients. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processing as needed. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote services and expand client base. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.
