SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $10K We are looking for multiple sales reps/doors to door in Houston. These individuals must have the mentality of an entrepreneur and is willing and wanting to take ownership of the opportunities presented to them. We are all about Unlimited possibilities. We offer an excellent commission rate: (50% of the profit with no admin or office fee on self-generated leads) Weekly Leads (45% of the profit with no admin or office fee on company generated leads) Flexible work hours,1099 * Requirements: * Must have pickup truck * Must be able to provide 3 references * Must have experience with sales/roofing (Prefer to have experience but willing to train the right individuals) * Must be determined Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the roofing industry to drive sales growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. * Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction. * Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to promote roofing products and services effectively. * Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales activities and performance metrics.
