Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills, allowing them to effectively manage client relationships and drive project success. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. * Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business objectives. * Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. * Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. * Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders. * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. * Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
