As our Logistics Sales rep, your Key Responsibilities are (NOT LIMITED TO): * Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Present, promote, and sell freight forwarding solutions to both new and existing customers. * Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to better serve customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns tailored to freight forwarding services. * Achieve and exceed sales targets, managing and reporting on sales pipeline and progress. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management. Qualifications: * Min 1 year experience in international logistics sales or related capacity. * Strong knowledge of global shipping, customs regulations, and international trade processes. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet or exceed sales targets. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Logistics sales: 1 year (Required) Location: * Chicago, IL (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Chicago, IL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: Remote
