Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and fostering relationships that lead to increased sales opportunities. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your communication skills to effectively convey our offerings and support the sales team in achieving their goals. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and emails, to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize effective phone etiquette and cold calling techniques to reach out to prospects and follow up on inquiries. * Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently, assisting customers in understanding the benefits of our services. * Employ upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. Skills * Strong background in sales management with a focus on automotive sales preferred. * Proficiency in retail math to analyze sales data and performance metrics effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on public speaking abilities. * Proven experience in upselling products or services during customer interactions. * Familiarity with phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with clients. * Ability to conduct cold calling effectively, demonstrating persistence and resilience. * Knowledge of dealership operations is a plus, enhancing understanding of the automotive industry. * Strong mathematical skills for analyzing data related to sales performance.
