Compensation: Commission Employment Type: full-time We are one of the FASTEST growing independent auto retailer in the illiana area. Available openings for immediate hire a self-motivated, team player, results driven Sales Assistant with a positive attitude. Spanish bilingual, sales experience, automotive experience,Salesperson Permit NOT A MUST YET a huge PLUS! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website. * Support on-line customers by setting appointments. * Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. * Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals. * Receive all inbound sales calls and coordinate schedules of sales people and appointments. * Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. REQUIREMENTS: * EXPERIENCE IN CAR INDUSTRY. * Internet Sales experience a PLUS! * Excellent writing and typing skills. * Must have the drive, passion and confidence to be successful. * A desire and ability to work in a performance and process driven environment. * Excellent customer satisfaction skills. * Strong organizational and time management. * Computer Literacy is a MUST.
