Position Overview: As our Assistant Property - Magic Maker, you'll be the secret sauce behind our daily operations. Reporting to the Property Manager, you'll be the go-to person for making our residents' lives extraordinary. From dazzling leasing activities to superhero-level property maintenance coordination, to diligent delinquency dynamo you'll be at the heart of it all! Responsibilities: * Work your magic alongside the Property Manager to keep our properties running smoothly. * Take the lead in the leasing dance - from marketing and showstopping unit tours to processing applications and orchestrating flawless move-ins. * Be the friendly face for our residents, tackling inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests with a smile. * Dive into the financial magic hat, assisting with budgeting, rent collection, and keeping expenses in check. * Coordinate property maintenance like a pro, working hand-in-hand with vendors and our fabulous maintenance team. * Keep our records spellbindingly organized using top-notch property management software. Qualifications: * At least 3 years of enchanting experience in multifamily property management. * Cast your spell with property management software (bonus points for Entrata or AMSI experience). * Know the leasing tango, fair housing laws, and the financial cha-cha like the back of your hand. * Communicate like a unicorn - magical and effective. * Juggle tasks with ease in our fast-paced, friendly circus. * Detail-oriented with a knack for solving magical mysteries.
